Not only did it play & look great, it sounded great. A 1997 sunburst HB35S with a Dimarzio pickup, a Duncan pickup & hardshell case came up with a Buy It Now price of $425.00, I bought it. The guitar played great & the quality was great. The neck was the closest thing to an AS200 I have tried. I never thought much of Washburns, but it looked great so I tried it. While on vacation in CA I walked into a small guitar store & saw a Washburn HB35S. I tried a bunch of the less expensive 335 copies, but none of them even came close to the AS200. After I sold my last Ibanez AS200, a couple years went by & I decided I had to have a 335 style guitar again, but I didn't want to pay $1,200.00 or more for one.
